Your RVM operator

Collection, return point hardware, barcode scanning and reconciliation are contracted with a registered RVM operator. Your existing contract is the route for anything site-specific.

We cannot process scheme requests

This site is an independent guide. We cannot register your business, approve an exemption, assess grant eligibility, authorise a barcode or answer questions about your specific obligations. All of that goes through the scheme administrator. Sending those requests here will only delay them.

Scheme details change — fee rates, exemption criteria, timelines and specifications have all moved within the past year. If a figure on this site is wrong or out of date, it matters, and we would rather you knew the accurate number from the source than trusted a stale one from us.

Every figure on this site is traceable to a published source. If you find one that does not match, check the primary source first, then treat the official site as the version that counts. This site is a reading aid, not a source of record.
